Not brilliant, would carefully avoid using them to rent with!Rented with managed property for 6 years, the transactions soured over time with the owner deciding to sell our apartment it took the most severe downhill turn.

Terrible experience with managed property.Managed property did not effectively manage communications between the owner and tenants (us) throughout the entire tenancy.Managed property handed out illegal breach notices to us in an attempt to bully us, that they were later forced to retract.Managed property didn’t support the sale of the unit we were renting in, to the point where the new owner had to fire managed property and talk to the RTA directly so we could get our bond back.Managed Property:- bad for tenants- bad for property owners- specialists in creating drama

Shady business practices! Leased a property with them in Chermside with a 6-month lease. I know I was stupid even to take that lease. I was promised that they would extend the lease later. Within five months, they sent me a notice to leave since the owner wanted to sell the property! I had to find another property, and in total, I spent $4000 to move furniture in 5 months. Here's the icing on the cake, once I moved out, they sent the pickiest report after I did the bond cleaning; apparently, it was not clean enough! They stated some conditions in the report that don't even make sense. Ladies and gents, avoid this company like the plague! You'll save a lot of headaches and time, trust me.

In 20 years of renting, ive never lost a bond. I respect the home i live in, and use the recommended bond cleaner. Unfortunately, Tim Nance likes to put a challenge on your good honest streak. Living in a home with collapsed sewage due to tree roots, giving off a putrid smell, nothing was never done. Alarm system going off constantly to the stage i had to put tape on the sensors, nothing done. But when it was time to move out, Tim was very crafty, charging us $900 dollars for basic pruning using a yard tidy guy that got his abn only a few days prior.. charging us $600 for water marks left on floor from his recommended bond cleaner. And wanting already very worn carpets replaced at our expense when the owners were going to re-carpet and repaint before next tenant anyway... This is the wonderful experience you get from Tim Nance at Managed Property. We had to fight all the way to tribunal as he would not reply to emails, just happy to bill us.. if you want to be challenged on your honest ways as tenants, Tim Nance from Managed property is your man!! On ya Tim, and your made up groundskeeper that was only a few days old in his trade.

The team at Managed Property’s have been extremely competent at handling my rental property. They listen to my needs and requests and keep me well informed. I’m very happy to always have this company manage my property.
