Called twice now, to ask for help to open the previous purchased under sink water filtration system. I am told after a 10 minute question answer ordeal that they are happy to come and service the unit for a $95 fee. I do not need nor can I afford a service every year. I just need a hand with opening 5 min job, im in the center of town, easy drop in on the way to anywhere. I do not mind paying some, but not able to pay $95.. going to look for elsewhere with kinder service

Very frustrating experience trying to replace a charcoal filter. Drove a long way to find this business. On their www page, it states, 'Open' 9-5. We arrived at 9.30. People home but not in the shop space. We tried several times to phone, no answer. On the fourth attempt, it switched to message bank stating that they were closed until 10 January 2022. This business needs to update its www page to reflect accurately its business hours.
