The Girls that work here are so lovely. Always efficient with their work but make you feel comfortable at the same time. I’m so impressed by the customer service and friendliness of all the staff in this clinic. But in particular Sasha. She is so friendly and warm. As well as super knowledgeable. I absolutely hate getting laser usually, because it’s so painful being a darker skin tone. After 7+ years of getting laser in Melbourne and Sydney I’ve never been impressed with the level of service until now. Sasha had the settings just right and was really empathetic making sure I wasn’t in pain and always comfortable. Sasha was thorough and also really chatty throughout the appointment which was great! Nothing worse then laying there in silence thinking how painful the procedure is. 10/10 for the appointment, the cleanliness of the clinic and also her customer service! Glad I’ve bought multiple packs and found a great clinic.

Tj is always professional and such a bubbly person, I wouldn’t go to any other clinic. Treatments are fast and I could see results from 2 months in! Such a positive vibe from Tj and the store in Ballina.Highly recommended for laser hair removal!!

Money very well spent. I wanted my teenage daughter to feel better about her teenage skin which is acne prone. TJ and Crystal have been fabulous! Brilliant program designed for her. The results are fantastic. And all done in a very youth friendly way. My daughter is now actively managing her skin care routine with the recommended products. My experience at this clinic has been 10/10 only due to Kristal. When I walked in a few weeks ago, her confidence in what services to offer me to address my concerns was brilliant. After now having several treatments with her, I’ve decided to put faith in purchasing products that she also recommended. I’ve been to Clear Skincare in the past and didn’t want to return to the brand; however, the ladies in the store and the service from Kristal changed that right around. A Lovely warm welcome initially drew me in to ask questions about my skin concerns, and Kristal did the rest. She is an asset to your company. I have no hesitations in recommending this clinic.
