I went there to link my trade to another. I thought it would be a simple medical procedure but then! i found out that its just a plumbing supply shop?!?! Very misleading. The shade of blue is nice though. 3 stars.

Helpfull for tradesmen good range

When your 20 yr old Rheem gas hot water system bursts during a friday arvo during stage 4 lockdown you need some good local advice and that's exactly what I got from Mark over the phone at Tradelink Thornbury. He recommended some good local plumbers and I contacted Ron who visited that day and installed the new Rheem hot water service the following morning after delivery from Tradelink. Hoping the new one lasts as long as the old one. Thanks to all involved

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I encountered this on my previous visit but took it as the guy having a bad day. But no, these guys have a serious attitude, I received the same service and attitude again. I asked him for some advice on extending a garden tap from one point to the another. I had a rough idea but thought I’d ask his opinion.... and his response. “I wouldn’t have a clue, I’m not a plumber’ seriously, that’s you response? So I replied, well let’s see if we can work it out. After a few moments he scratched his head and begrudgingly sorted out a solution in an abrupt manor ... this guy had so much attitude, it was like, because I’m not a plumber I’m not part of the club...who is responsible for training these people? I am surprised this business is still around with the competition doing such a better job.Don’t bother with place, you can do so much better

Always great service from Di in the showroom and the guys at the trade desk. They know their products and are always happy to go that extra mile do deliver excellent customer service.

Great service, and follow up from Di Renkin the Showroom Consultant at Tradelink Thornbury. Her product knowledge was faultless and her passion for her work shone through.
