Took care of the whole claims precess for me. Got me an apt the next day and I was back on the road well inside the time they said it would take. Great service.

Waste of time, after waiting a whole week on a booking and having a car off road, received a msg to confirm the booking, straight after I did it, I got a call that they must cancel it due technician being sick. Happens. Considering they made a mistake I was expecting it will be rectified on a 1st or 2nd working day, nah, they wanted to book in for next Friday. Having a car off the road for 2 weeks was not acceptable and costly, which i made sure they have heard, that having a car off for that long is not that simple for everyone, the booking stuff didn’t care about it and when I pushed to be earlier, I found out they haven’t ordered/ received my replacement glass. so, to cover their mistake they used a poor excuse as technician being sick.Even I have received an email they have got my complaint and will investigate, still up to a date there was no follow up or apology. Now I don’t need one.Called different company in late afternoon, got the glass sorted out next day, in less than 24 hours!!! It looks it is possible to do right thing if you want to.I waited a month for a follow up giving you a chance to avoid this review but you failed again.

Sorry guys but absolutely woeful service all round. Don’t waste your time, Money or breath with this company. First contact 17 September. Booked in for replacement windscreen for Audi A5 on 4 October, car left all day as requested on 4 October. On collection, told, sorry don’t have screen yet, tried to call, maybe later in month, Then received no further contact so I call, middle of November, told, sorry, maybe end of November??. No calls no contact, garbage service and excuses re unable to obtain replacement windscreen. Over 2 months and still counting. Extremely disappointing and poor service. Now been 3 months. After contacting them again today 7 December 2022, I was told, sorry, we forgot to confirm order with supplier in September........ Have just re ordered, maybe another 3-6 weeks. Really, what business should be able to run like that......... Once again, steer clear of this business unless you wish to grow old waiting for them to do the job they advertise.

Gave me the most convenient time to fit into my busy schedule... Saturday appointment was ideal. Jose outlined potential problems on my windscreen install. Sadly this was suhc a bad customer service experience. Not only were their quotes i was given twice as much as their competetors, but the person i spoke with - Mark - was rude condecending, used incredibly trade specific terminology and would not attempt to troubleshoot the issue, just told me I have 45 years in the business if I say it cant be done

Where do I start. Our vehicle was booked to have the windscreen replaced, but half an hour in, my husband was told that the only replacement windscreen they had was cracked and they couldn't put it in because of that. We were rescheduled for the next week. They tell you to be there 10 minutes before the appointment time, but 45 minutes after that time, they finally started the repair. In the middle of the repair, the whole staff stopped for 45 minutes for a Union meeting, which meant my husband was there for more than 3 hours waiting for the car to be ready. All the other customers there at the same time also had the pleasure of waiting for nearly an extra hour. Really not impressed by all of this and won't use them again.

Sorry O'Brien glass @nerang. . Im leaving honest feedback. If i could rate zero stars i would have you don't even deserve one star. I had a few issues was back multiple times. Jose was so unprofessional and so bloody rude. I ended up complaining higher as I was not impressed at all with the service I got from this company. Infact they ended up costing me more for there stuff up. The company i took it too asked who did the work he laughed and said they had a very bad reputation. Just remember we as customers pay your wage we deserve a bit of respect and decent service. Don't waste your time or money with this company go elsewhere. Best of luck guys.

Generally good service. They cancelled my first appointment without notification, which was not very professional and wasted hours of my time.When the job was completed, they damaged the steering wheel. I had to chase them for repairs to that. Would have been nice if they had let me know up front rather than having to find the damage myself.I would use O'Brien's again and would recommend them to others but I'd suggest that you call to confirm appointment day before and day of appointment, and ensure you check car thoroughly following work.

Got a large crack coming up from Sydney. Booked over the phone and they explained everything very well. Told us it will take 2.5hrs to complete... it was done in an hour. Thanks

All good, new windshield for the work van.The service was professionally done and friendly team.The lead time to get the new glass (two weeks) was a bit of a pain, but they made up for the delay with excellent customer service.
