NO COMMUNICATIONS OR CALL BACK. Left message.. Cold showers, cold pool. Staff uninformed on opening hours.WEBSITE WRONG!!!HOURS OF OPERATION???SHOWERS NEED A CLEAN / SWERP.. Tapware/ Handles, latches broken.

Love using the gym facilities in the morning before work. Always extremely clean facility. Staff always greet with a big smile and hello even when they seem to be busy with their various roles. Family friendly feel to the place. Staff are very professional.

Old school pool about to be part of a major redevelopment. Staff were friendly and it was fee when I used it last week.

We come here all the time. It is well run friendly staff and excellent coffee and tea with a proper barista machine. It is small but good. The kiddy pool is simple which makes it very easy to supervise your kids with no visual obstructions. It encourages the little ones to use their imagination. They have lots of classes in the pool as well as in the fitness centre.It needs a bit of work to upgrade the showers and lockers would be nice too but otherwise a very well run pool which keeps the prices to an affordable minimum thanks to the management by the YHA. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the missing lockers and oldish (though clean) shower and toilet facility.

Really, really poor. Felt mussy, not nice odour and cleanliness was really poor. Users swimming fully clothed with no comment. Physically the pool is kind of ok, but if you expect confidence in using without risk, forget it. I will never get in the pools there.

Swimming pool closed for major renovation. Supposed to reopen November 2023. Just a big 50 m hole for now. Many exciting aquatic things to come this time next year.The rest of the fitness centre is still open for business, with exercise equipment, tennis courts, yoga, Tai Chi, trainers etc. Great place to workout.

Nice pool, good shade to keep everything cool. Bit uncool having kids jumping in where we were walking in the shallows.

Good place to swim if you like doing laps. Free unit the end of January. Water is warm. They also have exercise classes and plentiful activities for all ages.

Great place to swim. Good friendly staff.Location is great for me. Always like to support local businesses.
