Quest Fremantle

Quest Fremantle is just fabulous. Apartment hotel plus great location snd spacious accommodation. Nearby meals are within a very short walk. Price is moderate but there is no car park. We parked in the street and it was OK until 9.00 am when we had to move or go.

Loved my stay here .Staff were very friendly and personable, especially Nightingale.I was on my own so it was wonderfulto have some short chats .I had a one bedroom apartment .The facilities were great .I particularly appreciated the modern washer / dryer after a camping tour .

Nicely appointed modern flat with kitchen & 2BR, 2baths. Spacious & high ceilings. Well located, 5-min walk from restaurants, cappuccinos. The mgmt contacted us 48 hours in advance to ask our preference to configure our beds. Front desk was unmanned at the time of our late arrival but there is a key lockbox & on-site property manager.

Upon arrival, after 9pm, the smiling welcoming face of Liberty greeted us. Our room had a problem, we informed Liberty and he acted immediately. The following morning Angel greeted us, knew all about it via the manager Lyn. The reception in fixing this problem was overwhelmingly sincere and generous. Overall a marvellous experience, Thank you to the reception and management team.

This may be the nicest motel we have stayed at in our 5 weeks travelling through Australia. Immaculately clean, everything is new. Rooms are well thought out and spacious. We just got the most cost effective studio. Full blackout curtains. Air con fresh and clean. Beds large and comfortable. You won't be disappointed if you book here. Parking overnight in street for $6.40 or at working around the corner for $10

I’m a disappointed that they fail to mention you have to pay a $100 bond upon arrival.. They should mention this kind of stuff upfront during the booking process! Not when you arrive… and the room has already been paid for. I’ve traveled quite a lot but was never charged a bond before. Is this some new kind of trend? And then there’s the parking issue. Prior upon my arrival, I had called reception to inquire about the discounted parking rate for guests at the Wilson car park (according to their website) which the receptionist told me was $10 for the night. But once I arrived at the hotel and asked if I had to book the guest parking through them, they said that I just had to drive over there and pay the normal rate.. very strange service and definitely disappointing. How hard is it to be a bit more transparent..??

Our room was super comfortable and modern. We stayed for 3 weeks and could want for nothing. All of the staff we encountered were very welcoming and nice. Everything was provided including dishwasher and laundry soap.There is no on site parking, but we arranged parking through reception across the road.It's within walking distance of a diverse range of cafes and restaurants and a lot of great local attractions. Also the in room complimentary wifi is fast enough for Netflix! Highly recommend staying at the Quest

Such a great place to stay while visiting Fremantle. So close to everything in the city centre and a 5 minute walk to the Rottnest Island ferry terminal. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Nice rooms, cleaners do an excellent jobAir-conditioner sounds like it’s ripping a mad bong, sort of like white noise as you go to sleep
