We've hired a coffee machine from 7 Grams for almost 2 years now, for the first time last week we encountered an issue with the machine. 7 Grams had organised someone to pick it up, repair the machine and drop it back all within 4 business days. Extremely impressed with the service we experienced.

7 Grams Coffee has been very easy to deal with from the get go. They are professional and efficient. Service is prompt. Customer care is excellent. Claudio is our rep and he is wonderful to deal with. Everyone in our office has enjoyed all the different roasts that are available for purchase on their website. The rental of the machine and price of the beans are very competitive within the market. All around we are very happy customers at Waterproofing Integrity in Silverwater NSW!
