When i visited this store (not recently) the lady behind the counter was loudly bad mouthing someone to a customer/friend whilst myself and another person were browsing. I find this totally unacceptable and unprofessional. In additional, I have been in the store a few times and at no point was a friendly hello offered or my presence acknowledged. I assume had I wanted to purchase something she would have said hello. I do not like to be followed around and annoyed when browsing but I do think it is certainly polite to say hello to people who take the time to browse your store. The vibe and attitude in this store is terrible. She seems to have some nice items albeit very expensive.
