Used this firm several times now. I'm an experienced property investor from NZ but shifted here with no contacts. Lou Marasco was recommended to us, they handled the first property transaction & we were impressed with the advice, charges and results so they have since handled 2 more property transactions and various family & business matters. We have recommended them to friends who were also pleased. About to use them again on the next property deal.

I deal with legal firms on the regular. Whether its for compliance, negotiation, disputes, but this company is absolutely the most unprofessional that I have come across. If you are looking to hire this firm, I would honestly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I am reluctant to even leave a 1 star review. This company is very unprofessional, from a business perspective, I work in real estate and have to deal with solicitors mostly every day and these solicitors do not know how to communicate appropriately. Very unreliable, I would not recommend using them at all.
