Outstanding end-to-end service, highly recommend. The team at off the wall, particularly Nick and Ruth, went out of their way to provide really excellent, good old fashioned customer service.As I travel for work, it was convenient to have my car serviced while interstate. Scott organised for my service to be completed while I was away, and stored the car for a week until I got back. Ruth then came in on a Saturday so I could pick the car up on my return.The Off the Wall team went out of their way to provide the best possible service. Very much appreciated.

What can you say , one of the most knowledgeable mechanical companies I’ve found . Diagnostic with failed brake master cylinder through to major works carried out . Beyond helpful and also fantastic guys that couldn’t help enough with recommendations for things to do and see between Cairns and Cape York .Specialist in pre departure Cape York preparation. Took our landcruiser in for an inspection prior to leaving for the Cape. Great customer service from Jarrod and outstanding work on the car. Peace of mind before hitting the PDR and if any goes wrong we know it can be fixed on the way back through.Highly recommended.

The front staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way they could and the owner Lachlan is very knowledgeable and approachable. The mechanics did an amazing job fixing up the car after coming back from cape York! Definitely trust these guys with my car!

Friendly staff who know there stuff, if they came across an issue they would call me before going ahead and give me recommendations on the best way forward and make sure the job is done properly! They were able to sort me some UCAs and a sway bar relocation mount on the day to be able to get me back on the road that afternoon.Big thanks to all the lads involved in getting my ute back on the road.
