Godfreys Blacktown Westpoint

Was sold a faulty machine from this store In early November 2021 for early Xmas present. Took it back within the week for a refund or replacement to which they said would have to be sent away for repairs first. Came back from repairs saying it had been fixed only to get home and realise nothing had been fixed. Returned it again and was given the run around saying I needed to contact roborock if I wanted a refund or replacement. Roborock told me that it is the stores role to replace or refund the vacuum. Told the store and then they tell me I can’t get a refund because it had passed 10 days even though it was broken and off to repairs before then. Manager told me he would speak to the area manager before Xmas. I have tried time and time again to contact the store for an update but no one answers the phone. They still have the vacuum and my money. Have tried to contact area manager with no luck. It has now been well over 2 months. No answer no vacuum, no money back.

Went to purchase Dyson v8 animal, didn’t realise Godfrey’s don’t have Dyson brand. Anuj, the sales person with quality knowledge about stick vacuum helped me to make a decision to purchase Werthem evolution , worth spending $749 for two batteries machine . Thank you

I have purchased two Tineco S5 from Blacktown Godfrey’s Westpoint, very friendly and experienced customer service from Amos and very helpful and understanding other sales person Anuj parajuli as he literally travel to our place at rousehill and dropped the machine after hours as well .

As someone who works in sales myself, I was enticed by the friendly and informative young lady who works there. She provided me with all the key information about the products I was looking for as well as great recommendations for additional items to make my cleaning experience the best it can be. I highly recommend this store and the lovely young lady who works there. Can't wait to tell my friends!
