I have been getting my nails done here since October 2022 and I have never had a bad set of nails. They consistently do a great job and I’ve never had a breakage because they build the nail properly and they don’t skimp on product. Today I got the nicest set of nails I think I’ve ever had - full set, beautiful almond shaping, hand-painted French tips and some diamantés added, which cost a total of $67. Honestly I’d happily pay $100+ for this. They are always lovely and welcoming. Although everyone there speaks English as a second or third language, I’ve never had a problem communicating what I’d like done with my nails. Really all you have to do is ask and they are happy to do it. I can’t recommend them highly enough, I would travel out of my way to get my nails done here.

I have never been here before! All I wanted was a manicure and polish for a shoot. The worst experience ever!! There is really no customer service and the focus is just on churning people through and I felt invisible the whole time even though I was sitting in the chair having my nails done. She was so aggressive with the filing and when she was cutting my cuticles, my toes were curling in my shoes and I was constantly flinching!! She made my cuticles bleed!! I was not happy with the end product either. I told her that I did not like them and that She cut my cuticles too far back! She had basically butchered me!!! She barked at me that it was my skin!! That is NOT my skin (I have been doing hand modelling and I know my skin!!) and that was not how I walked in!! Not knowing what to do as I had to be on set in the city in 3 hours, I got up to leave but before I did, I asked for a reciept. She looked at me like I had 2 heads!! Tax evasion 101. She called to another woman who also looked at me like I had 2 heads but she E-v-entually dug a reciept book out from the abyss and wrote one out (took her time mind you, hoping I would just walk away)! If she could throw the damn thing at me, she would have. I walked away feeling angry! I sent the photos to my agent who asked me if I can go elsewhere to get it fixed quickly, I went across the road who said they couldn't because it's been cut too much and bleeding!! The MUA on set did her best she could to fix it BUT this place, NEVER, EVER again!!

Listened to what to asked for, and explained the prices before doing the work. I didn't know this gem has been here 20 years!
