The staff are very friendly and helpful and seem to do the best they can. I was looked after very well when all is possible. Through no fault of theirs, jobs are delayed due to current situations with stock, shipping, freight etc. Also sickness plays a nasty part as does the lack of tradies!!! Give them a chance. CHEERS to you all there

A terrible experience with this company from an insurance claim.Took 11 months of messing around. Chasing them up all the time.Extremely stressful and not even an apology.One person Ash worked hard to help us.Would never recommend them to anyone.

After getting rid of the insurance company M&S Mackie in the Riverland took over and wow I could not be more happy, the effort and professionalism put into getting my bathroom rebuilt was nothing short of Brilliant.Every contractor engaged was polite professional and very efficient.Top Marks to Luke for overseeing this work.110% support this Company.

Great business that did with my insurance repairs. Professional job and no hassle to deal with. Would recommend, they have friendly tidy tradesmen who were very helpful. A few hold ups with Covid, but that was out of there control.

Tradie used by Mackie was great. Did a wonderful job. Was efficient, cleaned up after himself thoroughly and protected all areas from paint drips etc. He was also very friendly and courteous.

Thank you M&S MACKIE. The staff were amazing and their customer service was top notch! The sub contractors were great and I couldn’t fault their work. I definitely recommend MS MACKIE and wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again.

We had to use this company due to being an insurance claim. Once they get the job and the excess payment they don't bother with you. We are still waiting for the job to be finished! A very unorganized company! The sub contractors that they use are the only GOOD thing about this company .
