Costco Wholesale Gold Coast

This costco has a wide selection of goods compared to others. Wide lanes and a bigger freezer section. Very clean for how many customers that were there. They parking is only free for 2 hours

The warehouse is scheduled to open on at 8am on 22 June, 2023. This will be great for all those from the Gold Coast to Logan with it's close proximity. YES It's now officially OPEN

Went on the opening weekend and it was super busy as expected. Easy to get to from off the M1 which makes it great travelling from either direction. It has a paid parking too which I think is a bit odd considering we pay for a yearly subscription but oh well, the pizza and free samples walking around make up for it lol. Opening weekend the parking fee was waived

The usual Costco experience, large, fine quality food and occasional bargains. Opening day was obviously busy but still got served quick.

Surprisingly, it was not super busy considering this Costco has only been open a week.It is always best to come weekdays.The cafeteria was being hammered so we decided to eat elsewhere. It's great to go to a new Costco store where the locals still don't know the products that sell out at other stores.We were able to buy quite a products I can rarely get back in Sydney. Such a bargain!!I wish this was my local!!

I love it, I’m so glad they have opened on the Gold Coast. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food court is cool the pizza slices feed a couple. Great variety of different items.

Everything is stocked up, staff are super friendly and helpful. Nothing I’ve come across in all the costco’s I’ve visited. Like, every single staff in every single area, from The ushers at the front door, the floor staff, check out staff, the food court staff and the receipt checkers at the exit. Wait times for the foodcourt was a bit longer than I’ve experienced at Bundamba and Northlakes which can be expected in the first week of trading and it was trolley to trolley up and down the aisles but everyone was polite. Did not experience a single Karen and the check outs moved so quickly! So good to have Costco close to home. It seems that all the local community and staff are also feeling good about this Costco too. You can tell by their excellent customer service. Five stars from me. Great opening week!

Because its brand new, it is PACKED. But the staff were all so lovely and were doing a great job. the store was so tidy and everything was so neat. They also have workers directing cars for parking and exiting which was very helpful. Cheap as chips fuel, all round awesome.

Absolutely huge, massive selections and the food on the way out is ridiculously cheap! For example $1.99 for hotdog and a refillable drink. Membership is $65 per year you can not shop without a membership, it was very very busy no parking spaces. Have to pay for carpark $3 for 2 hours I believe.

Only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because the times on here for opening is incorrect. Tip: Non members line up on the left and members on the right (so you dont line up in the wrong spot) If you signed up online make sure you download the app to make for easy access on entry. Find a worker floating around at the door to activate it and go straight to the warehouse. Toilets are located by the food court and the food is cheap, my partner and i got a hog dog and drink with a bubble tea for $7 and the hotdog was good (drink had refills as well, you need to put sauce on the hotdog). Good range of food and clothes, tech stuff as well. Since its the first weekend being open we went today and it was packed, made it hard to have proper looks down the aisle etc but overall a good experience and we got alot of good stuff in bulk so makes normal shopping easy. Good prices for most things and food shopping for a family or event would be perfect here. Staff are helpful and friendly. I will post a pic of the times. Be prepared on the weekend to go through crowds but also clear your boot for some good deals!
