Was looking forward to this as i only get hungry jacks once a year but the chicken on my burger was over done and there was barely any sauce on it , was so disappointed

Eh, it was ok. Probably more a 3.5/5.We had some burgers, fried chicken and chips, and it was around $20pp. Food was ready in an ok timeframe.The Angry Angus was ok, the Jalapenos were nice and tasted fresh enough, but they were all clumped right in the dead middle of the burger, it wasn't really assembled all that well, but for a fast food restaurant, it was good enough.The chicken bites were ok, but there wasn't a lot of flavor to be found. Chips were kinda cold but were crispy and still tasty.Wasn't bad for roadside assist, I think it's about what you'd expect for Highway HJ's

Unacceptable 30 minutes wait in store. They only made drive-thru orders all came after us.Staff did not change gloves. They were using the same gloves touching their cell phone, handling cash and making food.The avocado I saw they were putting on other customers orders were completely black, very old.Asked for refund because we could not waste any more time in waiting. I would not want to eat in this store after 30 minutes watching how they operate.

They have somehow managed to replace a dated but functional restaurant with a tiny kiosk inside a food court which is infinitely worse.Only 3 order kiosks which are at the counter which creates crowds as opposed to in the vacant wall space adjacent and nowhere to stand or queue once you’ve ordered.Oh and painfully slow too. I’ve made a grave errorOh and this is not the staffs fault. They were doing the best they could with the terrible hand they’ve been dealt by the people who designed it and approved this monstrosity

Pathetic service!Little Indian lady gives us our order chips and nuggets dead cold. Went back to her saying chips is dead cold ( not tried nuggets yet), she asked if we’d like another one. Is that even a question!! She mentioned 3 minutes to get it ready, 15 minutes on still waiting nothing we go up to her she’s telling us its still cooking. We had to walk away without it. Please talk to your no brainer staff we paid for it, wasn't free.

Edit: Decided to give them another go today. Honestly, how are they still allowed to operate. Slowest service imaginable and ALWAYS missing items. Truly a disgusting place. Don't waste your time. Dropping review down to 1 star.Today we waited 25 minutes at the speaker box in drive through and still hadn't been asked for our order, so we left. Not even busy, only 2 other cars in front. This is a common occurrence at this HJs where we often wait upwards of 10 minutes for our food when we are the only customers ordering. Staff are lovely, but there is nothing fast" about this fast food venue."

Keeping it 100, this is not only the worst hungry jacks experience but the WORST drive thru experience. The service is ALWAYS slow with a minimum wait of 20 minutes (sometimes before I can even put my order in). They are ALWAYS forgetting parts of my order but charging me full price. I honestly do not know how this business" has lasted as long as it has with its absolutely rubbish service."
