I called Ethan from Born Plumbing to ask if he could stop by some time soon to repair a leak in our hot water unit which was causing a lot of grief in my garage. Ethan answered his phone within seconds, said he'd try to stop by on the same day, called back a few hours later to propose a time, and showed up on my doorstep at the exact time we had agreed. The leak was repaired in less than 15mn to my great satisfaction. I would certainly not hesitate to call on Ethan again for future plumbing needs! Thanks mate!

Let me start by saying if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Ethan worked with us on our entire house renovations (kitchen, bathroom, toilet and ensuite). He was beyond helpful in working through problems with us, was always here when he said he'd be here and was a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
