Caitlin is really good. She's very thorough, professional and make you feel relax during the treatment.

I bought microdermabrasion sessions, the first session the therapist was so rough on my skin, even after I told her my skin is sensitive. I then had scratch marks on my skin, which were horrible to wake up to. They told me this was a 'side effect', however I have had micros before and this has never happened. I am very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. They also would not offer a refund, which is completely outrageous to me. Their communication is horrible and don't get back to messages I had left in time. AVOID

I absolutely love coming here for my facials and laser. I usually see Keely and she is absolutely wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will always go beyond to make sure you have the best care!

I was initially really nervous about laser but after a free consultation appointment where all my questions were answered I felt so much better. I had my first treatment last week and did not feel a thing! Thank you ladies for all of your advice and the amazing care you provide to your clients. I can’t wait to go back!

I've had a good experience! After initially getting a reaction from the laser due to some of my medications they were very good at explaining what happened and why. Now all I need to do is take an antihistamine before I go on and there's been no more reactions. Thank you!

Been to other clinics and had a better experience. Seems like the girls here don’t want to work and the laser treatments I’ve received here both times have seemed very rushed.Not a positive experience for me, but I had to use up my prepaid treatments.

This laser clinic is so amazing they have the best laser machine and the staff are so friendly and helpful , I highly recommend them .

I have been going to Eden at Macarthur for about a year now, but will not return after my last appointment in January. I told the therapist that I had booked in for a full body laser as I had already paid for it and wanted to use it before booking in future appointments to focus on specific areas. I was only told after my appointment that I had in fact not paid for the full body laser and needed to pay full price for it. Had I been made aware of this beforehand I wouldn’t have went ahead with it and would have done select areas instead.It is also consistently difficult to get through on the telephone. If I miss the call to confirm my appointment, I am usually having to call back for days to confirm and I don’t have the time for that.
