I recently had the pleasure of learning vedic meditation under Erin's guidance and I've got to say, it was one of the most beautiful, enlightening and enjoyable experiences I've had. I'm definitely a typical I can't meditate/turn off my brain/I'm too busy" kind of person but Erin's method of teaching and realness has made daily meditation an absolute non-negotiable for me and the positive effects are already taking place.
