Had gemma come over about an hour ago and couldn't even catch the snake and ran out of puff so I had to bloody catch it and show her how it's done and yet she still charges me a call out fee ripped off!!!

Gemma is a horrible snake catcher. First of all she's fat and second of all she didn't even catch the snake. I had to catch the snake myself. Would not recommend her service to anyone very unprofessional and a rip off.

I highly recommend Gem. I haven't yet been able to use her snake removal service. However, after I had a snake removed from my garden I had a few questions and some anxiety. So, I reached out to Gem for some advice. Gem provided me with information and took time to allow me to ask questions. Which helped enormously. I was so grateful to her to give me the space I needed to process my experience. I will definitely call on her should I find another snake in the future.

Great service. Had a snake in my garage. Quick to arrive, friendly and informative. Highly professional. Removed the snake in quick time. Her rates are very reasonable. Would have no problem recommending her and will use again if the need arrives.

Gemma came out to see me as I had a brown snake in my kitchen she was very rude and unprofessional as she caught the snake and brang it near me and it bit me thats a trip straight to hospital why didn't she just bag it instead of tryna show me a venomous snake and she still charged me 300 bucks rip off!! She's wreckless and careless and snakes a loaded weapon in the wrong hands
