Ordered $500 worth of supplements. Needed to change my address as it auto filled and was wrong. Can’t get hold of anyone, emailed 4 times and no response. Order hasn’t been updated, good not shipped. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero customer support

I ordered on 18/05. Same day shipping has turned into my order not being dispatched 9 business days later. I have contacted customer service three times and still awaiting a response for the third attempt.When I contacted EHP they claimed an issue with stocktake and an out of stock product.I shouldn't have to contact EHP if there are known issues. According to my latest update, they check orders once per week.Buyer beware. Once what used to be a reputable company seems to have lost their way.Update, after asking many times for an update and almost two weeks later, I have a tracking number.My issue is that ordering a product shouldn't require this much effort to get is dispatched.
