Liz’s reparenting circles were so powerful and nurturing, each week I just couldn’t wait until the next one. Her professionalism, compassion and rawness were a big part of this. Meeting with the same women for 4 weeks, with Liz to hold us through it was just so special. It felt like we were holding each others hands through life’s highs and lows. I look forward (with so much anticipation) to continuing this journey with casual circles in the future.

I have just completed 4 weeks of Liz’s reparenting women’s circles and I cannot recommend this sacred work more! Liz and these circles have taught me more about myself than I ever thought possible. The reparenting and inner child work is critical to understanding ourselves and making us better parents to our children.
