Barbers and Blowaves

It was a little disappointing. I received a text before the appointment asking me to come in an hour and a half early as they we're running behind and worried about getting through all their appointments. I replied saying that wasn't possible for me. No answer to that text, nor when I called up to check. So I thought maybe they were too busy to answer the phone. When I arrived for my appointment I found there were no other customers waiting at all - which felt like they actually just wanted to go home early? I certainly didn't feel too welcome when I arrived. When I asked where to put my jacket I was greeted with a blank look so I just put it on a spare seat myself. The haircut itself was rough to say the least. More of a sheep shearing than a hair cut. I was told to slouch in the seat so they could see the top my head. (I'm 188cm - not a really a giant by any means). They didn't even have a mirror to show me the back of my head once finished. Quite frankly it was bizzarre and I just wanted to get out of there. The place was falling apart with only half the neon sign remaining on the wall. There are too many good barbers around for a service like this to remain competitive these days. I only went to squeeze in a last min haircut before the 6 week covid lockdown as everywhere else was booked out. I wouldn't go again.

Booked an appointment for 11:30am. I arrived at that time and it was packed with people waiting. It got to 11:50am and all of us waiting had not been acknowledged. One of the hairdressers had finished giving a haircut and proceeded to walk around the shop without saying anything to the paid waiting customers.. But, if you’re a fan of European electronic music from the early 2000s, such as Basshunter, then you’ll be pleased cause that was playing at an absurdly high volume.

Amazing service and the best hairdresser; Highly skilled and talented! He was able to match and beat the haircut style that I wanted from a photo and I was super happy with the results! :) :)

Booked online, took 2 hours of annual leave as I had to leave work early for appointment only to get there and its all closed. If not operating due to covid then turn off your online booking system and put a notice on your door and website. Ugh will never book here again.

One of the best haircuts I have had in Melbourne no BS. Mansor was very nice guy and he did his job professionally. I was so happy with the haircut and he also did for me more than what I have paid for. Will come here for sure every time to cut my hair.
