I'm very happy with my battery. Its great value for the money. Delivery was quick and it was well packed.

My experience with this business has been fantastic! Over the phone customer support was great, purchased 2 VoltX lithium batteries and solar panels. All arrived within just over 8 days, finally got the time to install the set up and begin testing so far everything is working perfectly. Highly recommend StarPower.Will be shopping here again for sure

I purchased 3.5kw however maximum output 3kw. A bit disappointed.Wasn't really happy with late delivery & received upside-down.

similar experience to other review, ordered early february, was not updated on tracking information. $585 dollars worth of goods was not delivered, asked for goods to be as they were missing, a few weeks went by before i asked for a refund. still in the process of a refund as using afterpay this company seems to have a method of avoiding refunds. Matt on the Phone was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. currently in contact with the local authorities on this matter on ways to get my money back as star power will not answer calls, this is more than 2 months after initial purchase. This company has moved address and will not answer calls so they are hard to get a hold of. Although they seem to be a trustworthy australian business IT IS NOT!!!! i would steer clear of this company THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

We recently purchased two Voltx solar panels from StartPower for our yacht.Dealing with StarPower has been a quality experience. Their product knowledge base and support has been exemplary.To many rival Tech companies use India or the Philipines for their customer service.I will never deal with companies who operate this way.Its refreshing dealing with Australian StarPower staff. Any queries their staff are all over it.I will always come back to StarPower and will recommend them to anyone.

Ordered 3 Sunpower max 3 online on Black Friday. After one month of no correspondence I contacted them and they said we don’t have that in stock and they’ll need to do a refund.Been going back and forth for almost 4 months now and still no refund has been returned. $1920 out of pocket!The email chain is a mile long with an attempt to rectify.I have now made a claim with fair trade NSW and will be seeking legal advise.This has been the worst consumer experience I’ve ever dealt with, if I ran my business like this I would be ashamed.

Being buying a lot of products from starpower they have great products and postage and back up service is frist class, great company to deal with. I highly recommend them.
