Recommended for sale of property, after a conditional verbal go ahead completed the work before outlining the costs. Subsequently indicated fees of $2150 which is unusually high given the price of the property being sold. Still charged for the work they had done. I'd say there is a better approach to professional services than bullying new clients into fees for some simple conveyancing. A conveyancer in Melbourne has done the work for $1300. Do not recommend BJT. Shop around.

Disgusting service and incredibly unprofessional. Won’t reply to phone calls and has cost us thousands of dollars by taking forever to meet what we asked for. Go elsewhere.

I used this firm years ago to create some legal documents, recently contacted them to update. After calling them back 3 times when i hadnt recieved a call at the appointed time i am giving up and finding someone else to give my business to. Dissapointing that have they have a low disreguard for customers..
