Eco Garage Doors Melbourne

Rude, unprofessional, unskilled people. They installed my door curved 5 mm gap on top and 20 mm gap in middle and 10 mm gap at bottom and they says this is as per Australian Standards. When it rains water comes inside my garage and still that is as per Australian Standards. They did 5 other houses on same street but it’s only my house had the curved door. Upon requesting to send someone they have no time to send anyone as they think it’s only cosmetic issue.I ask Australian standards to audit their work as they are non ethical people. Please don’t use these unethical and sharp business, as it’s waste of money.

We highly recommend Eco Garage Doors. Our door is in Basalt color and Ultraline Woodgrain. The open/close motion is so smooth and quiet and the 4800mm wide door is very sturdy. We used another company 2 years ago for a similar size on another new home we built in Rye. We paid a little less but got a far more inferior product. We are VERY HAPPY with our choice this time. BEWARE !!! The Roller Doors are cheap and nasty... My Roller Door came down hitting my car and just missed me... I called Eco Garage Doors only to get bullied by Service Guy... Their customer service is non existent and once they have your money don't care for anything else... They do not take any accountability for a POORLY installed Roller Door that could of been fatal... they are Rude and Ruthless...UPDATE !!! STRAIGHT AFTER A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SUDDENLY A FEW GOOD FEEDBACKS APPEAR... DONT BE FOOLED THE TRUTH NEVER LIES...

Low Quality Products & Rude/Unreliable team:Eco Garage Doors supply cheap Chinees products of no quality at all. Their installers are the worst. Not flexible to perform obvious minor adjustments during the installation for the reason of double charging the customer with the installation fee. The garage door was scratched on both sides.
