I've always found that Josh and his team are very responsive to my clients needs no matter how big or small the request. They get the basics of business right starting with the simple things like email addresses in your business name... no business should be running email from a bigpond, gmail, or hotmail account in this day and age! Earthd IT make it a simple transition!

Reliability is a big consideration for choosing an IT company, Earthd IT get 5 out of 5 stars for this reason alone. IT can also be like a second language however Josh and his team are able to explain IT concepts and issues in a way I can understand. They are professional and polite and would recommend them to any business who needs IT support.

Josh and the team have looked after my office IT for over 18 months now. Including a move into our new office space, the service and can do attitude along with quick turnaround are top notch. Needless to say I havent had any major issues with my It services since engaging Earthd IT. Highly recommended!!
