Since have been dealing with the Property Manager, Tiarna Stone I have found her to be a very positive, friendly and efficient pm. She has always replied to my phone calls and emails quickly and efficiently and has reassured me through a challenging change of address after living at that address for almost 8 years. Nothing was too much trouble and even though I didn't meet her in person I was treated with respect and I could feel the smile on her face always. You could go no further than Tiarna for a property manager and indeed, a customer service representative in any company.

Both have been an absolute pleasure to work with and have made living at the property an easy and stress-free experience. Corrupt like every other real estate agency. They don't care. It's all about who offers the most money to them. Let's hope none of your agents ever have to face homelessness due to a domestic violence situation.
