I've never actually been able to order anything from these guys, they could triple their business if they evolved instead of being stuck in the stone age. One was the poor customer service ordering through phone, the other is the inability to actually order as their lines are all jammed up. Meh... I just ended paying the shipping to order from the states, at least the free world actually have an online catalogue where it's just point and click. I've spent a couple of thousand dollars ordering from the US and just gave up locally, use a shipping forwarding company to consolidate your packages to save on freight.
