5 years ago, my husband and I purchased an investment property from another agent in the Northern Suburbs. To say it was a Baptism By Fire" was an understatement!!I'd already decided before Settlement that I needed to find another Property Manager and Andrea was recommended. The problems started when the other Agent realised that they were losing what they thought they'd automatically get to keep and got quite snarky. We then realised that they had lied to us about a number of things and that we'd inherited "The Tenant From Hell" who had been allowed to turn a beautiful home in to an absolute pig sty.Andrea's advice

If I could give zero stars I would. How they manage their business and communication is unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this business to anyone given my experience with them.EDIT: In reply to your response, according to my lawyer you a skating on the verge of a serious breach of privacy, I will not remove my original review and will allow this to play out publicly so that the general public can see and experience how unprofessionally you can conduct yourselves and your business.

Cannot rate the team a Wiencke RE highly enough. They are ALWAYS available to help us with advice & solutions for our investment properties and have never given bad advice. They keep us informed of where each property is at with regard to tennants, inspections, lease expiry, repairs & maintenance and especially have always recommended excellent tennants.

Andrea managed our property for 4 years while we were interstate. As a landlord, I could not recommend the team more, they always went above and beyond to manage every aspect of our property and were so patient in explaining how everything worked. Have been renting from them for nearly 5 years. I have rented from many real estate companies over 15 years and have found Wienke to be professional, family orientated and amazing to deal with. Will be buying a house soon and wanted to write a review before we move away from rental living.
