Really quick to reply to my voicemail , eager to help me find a solution for my cleaning problem. Great domestic professional cleaners. Didn't end up using him , but through word of mouth defiantly no complaints with my dealings with this company .

Never again I asked my cleaner to do the whole oven as this was my first experience I just assumed.. my bad..he agreed and only did the oven and grill not the top.. left the rubbish on the floor.. didn't clean up after the job left the splated dirty water on my walls and the rag he used for the floor was a dirty fatty oily rag he probably used from the last house he went too so ( never ever again )And he didn't even put the racks back into the oven $145 normally for which i paid he agreed on $100 for all for 1.15mins hours the work was disgusting I got $30 backbut I guess with Jim's they are don't budge.. for customers that don't get a good service should of gone to Fair trading
