Great bike service and very helpful staff. Been there for several times and got out with a happy face each time. Highly recommend.[NEW]Second review after I purchased an electric bike in the shop last year. Excellent customer service and I don’t expect I could get the better one elsewhere! Nathan and his team are always helpful and provide solutions to my bike service that exceed expectations! Thanks so much for taking caring of my bike. The team certainly has gained my loyalty thru consistently great customer experience.

Nathan and the team were outstanding in the assistance they provided me. They stayed back late on Christmas eve to set me up with my new bike which was perfect to suit my needs. Nathan talked me through all my options (he was very experienced and knowledgeable) and even guided me on a test ride through the Docklands because I have newly returned to Melbourne and didn't know my way around.Thanks so much Nathan and team, I will be back!Virginia

Amazing service, great for buying a brand new bike and you can rely on the workers for fixing your bike if you book ahead I bought a trek marlin 5 for Christmas i haven’t had any problems with my bike ever since i bought it

If you're in the market for a new bike, look no further than Trek Docklands - and make sure to speak with Nathan!I had the pleasure of working with him recently, and I have to say, his knowledge and customer service are exceptional.Nathan took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he was able to recommend a bike that I absolutely love. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.Overall, I can't recommend Nathan and Trek Docklands highly enough. If you're looking for a bike shop with great selection, expertise, and service, this is the place to go. Was serviced by Martyn and he was great. As I am just starting to get into cycling Martyn took the time to explain the different types of jerseys and bibs. Also chatted about bikes and was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back
