I am a regular here since being locked out of Qld.Suraj the manager has always provided friendly and excellent service, recently a young girl Olivia has started working here, well, what a breath of fresh air she is, nothing is to much trouble for her always smiling always polite and will go out of her way for anybody. I have watched the way she treats other customers absolutely amazing.She is like a machine she never stops, so many businesses in hospitality could learn from her to bring customers back.

Coffe was a bit pricier but tasted fine. A short wait but friendly service. Haven’t tried their food though.Tables were clean.

Not great business when you decide to close earlier than your business hours. Got there just to get a quick take away drink only to be told they were closed already. I said well your business hours say till 4pm? And the manager just shrugged. Thanks a lot.

Two years or so ago they served my sister chicken schnitzel that was off and made her ill. So we avoided them ever since but today thought surely they've improved, we had hungry kids. We saw several other people seated and eating, we sat and went through the rigamarole of getting kids seated etc, looking at the menu and then only when we went to order did they tell us they were closed. They were rude about it too. After another customer tried to order and got sent away they thought enough to put up a sign at the register. I don't know what they were thinking, half a dozen staff pfaffing about watching us sitting and looking at the menu, and not one of them thought to tell us they were about to close. Never bothering with this place again.

Food ok but terrible table service made the experience less enjoyable. We had to interrupt the staff having an indepth conversation for the table to be sanitised after the previous patrons left (not just remove the crockery etc) then had to ask for table water, and best of all had to ask for cutlery for an omelette which took 5 minutes, providing 1 serviette for 3 people.

My table was filthy & I had to ask for this to be cleaned due fly's hanging about & with the current covid climate, this is not good enough. Chairs were also filthy.When my food came out, there was no cutlery or serviettes.My food was burnt.The coffee club used to have great service, food & clean tables, since the change in ownership, the quality has dropped dramatically. I hope they take note of my review, for their sake & customers. I will be going to another cafe in future. And I am not someone whom normally complains, but this was pretty ordinary I must say..
