Warm, professional, and prompt, Emma collaborated with us via emails and phone calls to quickly get a handle on what we wanted in our house design. As we are 700km away in another town, Emma took the initiative to contact the local surveyor of the block as well as our potential builder, to discuss elements of the design such as what kind of site works would be necessary. After a few tweaks back and forth as we discussed various design pros and cons, Emma produced a set of high quality PDF and CAD house drawings and elevations which we were able to immediately submit to our builder. This all happened in less than a week, which was a huge help to us as we were on a tight timeline.
