Absolutely PAHTETIC service. This guy HARRY SINGH is extremely unprofessional, rude and unapologetic about his own mistakes. Moved into the new house 2 years back.HEATING ISSUE:Since day one I had one constant complaint that my house was not warming up. It was the beginning of summer so, it did not occur to us that this issue could be so serious. Even during this time, it gets little cooler at nights and we needed to turn the heater on. That is when I realised that the heater is not performing as it should. First email was sent to the builder in the very first month of moving in stating the exact issue. Their first response as any other builder that we will send the installer to look at it. This guy turns up after another 4 weeks with his pressure monitor, points it at the vents, says air pressure is fine and there is nothing wrong with it and leaves. Now comes the winter and I can not begin to explain how hard it was to survive the winter without proper heating. The heater was never able to cross 18 degrees temperature during peak winters. There were days when we saw 11 degrees inside the house during day was never able to cross 20 degrees ever (Unless outside temperature was in mid twenties). During this time, I had already sent multiple emails to the builder explaining what was happening. No concrete response from them and Punjab Aircon. We had to start using electric heaters to survive as gas heater was just sucking up the gas not warming up the house. We ended up getting a very big bill for the gas and also got a HUUGGEE electricity bill for the use of electric heaters. I then decided to get it investigated myself. Contacted Braemar who organised their technician to come to the house and check the heater. Their technician found the ductwork was not up to the standards, insulation in the ducts were falling out of vents. Above all, the heating unit installed was almost half the size of what my house required which explains why it was not able to warm the house. I then contacted the builder again advising the outcome. Was advised that all the heating & cooling installers work on the basis of heat-load calculation which this guy obviously did not do and just installed the cheapest possible unit.COOLING ISSUE:The summer started in just three months of us moving to the new house. The very first time we started the Evap cooling, it was just blowing warm air (It was around 30 degrees outside). Called Harry Singh, very bluntly said he is on holidays with his family in QLD and will only be able to come and inspect it after 10 days once he is back. I then contacted the supervisor of the builder and complained. This guy suddenly turns up on 3rd day without a notice, goes to the roof cleans some sensors made it work. It worked for a week or so and since then it just works intermittently. The technician who checked heater also advised that ducting work of the aircon isn't done properly as well along with a faulty unit.Till date there has been no resolution. This guy is just after doing CHEAP JOB and disappear. He is installing heating units which are under essential items of which he has no proper knowledge off or he just wants to save his money and do a really cheap job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSTALLER AT ALL COSTS. HE HAS NO WORK ETHIC. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Complaint lodged to the respective authority.

Not much experienced. I found him very unprofessional and non responsive. Once you have paid him full and it is hard to contact him. Few vents are different than others. Cut outs are unevenly cut, I can see insulation. duct work is not good. I have tried many times to contact him but no reply to mention that there is no airflow in few ducts. Now I have hire another guy to fix his mess. So guys be aware of these issues with this company. He is pretending that he knows everything and others are not doing their jobs properly.

Worst installer ever.All 5 star reviews are fake. May be from his friends.Avoid this con at all cost

He came on time and do the service very good and tidy. Beside service our aircon he also helping us to fix the plumbing issue in my house without charge. Highly recommend. This company can be trusted and use all the time.

Workmanship was absolutely woeful unit never worked silicone around outside wall switch and power cables looks like a 2 tear old did it not even sealed (dangerous l have pulled the fuse) one dyna bolts he put in to hold the unit to my wall is hanging half way out his solution he just jammed another one in next to it and left it like that. l called him because the unit never worked and sent him pictures of oil leaking out he came while l was at work, apparently he pressure tested and said it was not leaking but couldn't check the pipes into the top storey of house because l didn't tell him that he needed a ladder?. I have learnt a lesson from this another company with 5 star google reviews wanted 2 hundred more I should have just went with them you live and learn.

Worst and unprofessional guys to deal with. They installed 14Kw Daikin unit at our newly built house and its not working since day one. After following up 100 times they came and found no problem. Issue escalated to Daikin and they blamed Punjab Aircon for poor workmanship. No one takes responsibilities. I have 3 year old son with Asthma and sinus issue. They don't care if your family has to go thru this because of their poor services. Complaint lodge to Consumers Affairs.

Worst installer i have ever seen in australia.I asked him about the drainAge pipe, to which he said this company dsnt supply drain pipes. I told him the floor will get damage. He simply said company dont make drain pipes for this particular models. When i contacted the company, they even gave me the product number. And then after that this guy disappeared.You pay the money. They install the aircon.And after that forget about chasing them if you ever had any issues.We asked him to come and check the unit. As there was no air from the vents.He said may be filter needs to be cleaned.Or replaced.He came to replace.But instead cleaned and damaged it. And then put duct tape and put it back.And he calls himself professional installer.I wish i can complain about him somewhere who can cancel his licence.

Wonderful person and Wonderful service. All work and after sales service is the best. I have recommended more than 100's of people his service. Must try and rely.

Punjab Air con will give you good quote with best price in market but don’t ever go with this guy, his workmanship and ethics is total zero, My old cooler got faulty so he replaced my old evaporative cooler with breamer LCQ550 in October, I figured out next day in cold morning, that he unplugged my central heater connection, called him couple of times, he showed up after 3 days and fixed the issue within few minutes. In December first week, when I turned on my cooler, came to know the air is coming through only one vent out of 7 vents. Called him back, he did say its half an hour work and he will come by today evening to fix it up, didn’t turned up, called him again said he will come next week, didn’t turn up. After few days he stopped taking my calls or didn’t even message me back. When I called him from private number he took the phone and said will come in today for sure, never did he. He is just 2.5 km away from my home and till now he didn’t get that half an hour in this four and half weeks. Spend $$$$ of dollars on this new machine and it’s sitting there without being turned on, when it’s really needed in these hot days. Total disappointment, I should have stayed away, now I realized even the machine got 5 years warranty, if something happens in between, this person is not going to come and fix it for sure. It’s going to be big headache moving forward.I should also say while replacing my old machine he took the fan and 15m cable of my old machine and didn’t even ask me that can he have it but left whole old machine box and motor in front of my house which looked like pile of hard waste, stating call to council they will come and pick it up. During initial conversation all he said is he will take care of everything.Finally, after these weeks I decided to check it by myself, climbed on the roof and shocked to see couple of cooler pipes (which connects to vents) were never connected to the evaporative unit (which is just beneath the cooler unit). He should saw this and clearly known about it but ignored from beginning itself. Just took the money and went away.I advice, find some really good company, which will give you peace of mind in coming years. This pujab aircon job will be headache and will cost you more $$$$.ThanksKarthik
