I went there about 6 times this month and I found the staff friendly and professional. They charge $110 for 300kg of building demolition waste I personally think it’s a good price

“At compliance limit” got turned away. Went to Knox and told them and they said they hear it of this place all the time, reckon they just want to close early. Also pretty pricey…..avoid.

Staff need to train properly. Customer service is very poor. They didn't tell us the correct price.Your team didn't explain to us. My husband also there with me. Simple thing your staff need to tell us... for utes they should tell us they will charge $75... I clearly told her we don't have 300kg... at that time she should tell there will be a charge of $75 then we will not go there....instade she said until you unload the rubbish she can't tell the price... you should train your staff to tell the correct pricing... she didn't tell us they will charge $75 for utes...Very unprofessional staff

My trailer of green waste should be between $50-100, if you add in the dozen or so timber lengths (5% of my load)my charge should be no more than $150. $250 later, I’m not sure where I went wrong, but I sure know where not to go again.

Office ladies were lovely but the blokes out in tip area are horrendous. Cardboard location not clearly labelled. Asked a guy hanging around doing absolutely nothing (like the other one) and he just said ‘there’. Absolutely horrible people. First time user and will never ever return. Such an off-putting experience.

Under average service , high end pricing for such a poor tipping yard , charge an arm and a leg for anything , even soil when they could use it to fill in the 40 bog holes my Ute suffers just getting to the pit . Ripped off too many times will be going else where from now on despite its convenient location I’d rather drive further .

The office staff are friendly and always have a smile. Definately the best part.I know its a tip but surely there are better management systems out there to process the decaying mess that the 'Bin Chickens' and Indian Miner's are feasting on. The smell is terrible and there is rubbish strewn everywhere. Just imagine a windy day.I have been to other tips that are much better contained.I dont have a problem paying the amount charged as we all must foot the bill to dump our waste in an ever shrinking rubbish processing world.This tip is in green belt not an industrial area where there would be more complaints.. .which appears to be why it is left to its own devices.I just feel there has to be a better way.

I went to the Clayton site, there was a poster there says it is temporarily closed due to maintenance, and let us go to the other two sites, one of them is Lysterfield Resource Recovery centre, the address is 840 Wellington Road, Lysterfield. We drived our heavy truck which is loaded full of the demolition rubbish to go there. And then when we arrived here, the receptionist asked us what is ur company name, after we answered they were saying’ the site is full, we can’t take anymore in’ and then they asked us to make a u-turn. We were going out and saw they let others to come in. We stopped and ask them why did u let other to come in. They said because they are contractors and u are not! I don’t understand if u only open for ur contractors to dump, why don’t u clearly let others know, so they don’t need to drive here. It’s just waste others time, disrespect others and dishonesty at all! I highly don’t recommend this dumping site!
