The people at the parcel pickup and the delivery people are both pretty bad at making things easy for someone trying to receive a parcel

First the parcel meant to be delivered on Friday but by 5pm it changed to pick up at post office - we were home the whole day no one knocked fhe door or we missed you card. Then on Sat when we got here first lady said it's not here yet and when i asked why the second lady just eent on about that how the post system work. When i showed them the email that said the parcel is s ready for collection they went in (2nd time) and got it straight away. Incompetent people hence incompetent organisation?

Have not been attempting to deliver my packages over the last few weeks, will just give me notice to go and collect. I am home all day (as most of us are), just plain lazy. Not the point of delivery! And of course, no one has any answers as to why the post man can't ring the doorbell. So frustrating.

Terrible service, were not willing to help or provide any assistance. The first time I called they hung up on me, the second time they said to call back later. No apology, just hung up the phone....

9/10 times the staff can’t find the packages in their back storeroom and then call later or the next day to say they have found it. Staff working times inconsistent with what is says online. The whole storeroom is so inefficient and disorganised. Staff are aggressive and normal answer is ‘can’t find it now so I’ll wait till someone else comes in and they will look again later’. I once had my pick up slip, tracking number and licence and they said it wasn’t enough information for them to find the package in their storeroom.. Aus Post needs to go in and sort this situation out with the chemist.

TERRIBLE to see all these bad reviews and STILL this post office clearly does nothing about this. I have gotten attitude from staff whenever I come to collect my post.. almost refusing to look for my package from the get-go without me showing them a SMS saying that it has arrived. For the last 5 packages I have ordered I have gotten NO SMS, NO note saying they tried to deliver it, and have not even had the postman knock on the door to even check if we are home. (Which I have been since I have a new baby and have been under new-mom quarantine)Completely ridiculous.

If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would.These ladies have the most appalling customer service skills, for lack of a better word they're just RUDE people. It doesn't matter if you're first in line or sixth in line, you'll still be waiting at minimum 15 minutes to pick up your parcel. Their parcel pick up system is an absolute train wreck.

Similar experience to the other reviewers.I received an SMS telling me that my parcel had been delivered to the postoffice even though I was at home and didn't hear a ring or a knock. I get there and am told that they don't have it. I double-checked with Australia Post and the last known location of my parcel was at this post office. However, the staff were adequately polite, which saves them another star.Overall less than pleased.

The ladies at the counter would rather be anywhere but here! There is zero service here. Most APOs are pretty bad, but this one takes the Cake. A simple pickup easily takes half and hour while they chat amongst themselves...

Extremely slow to service, been waiting in line for 30min just to send a package. The lady behind the counter didn’t even say sorry or anything to keep everyone waiting in line, just very awkward. Not coming back there again. Not worth the time. 0 Stars
