We used Wild Island Adventures to organize our overland trek and they were excellent. Could not recommend them highly enough.The transport was clean and more importantly on time. The equipment was all relatively new, fitted well and of good quality. The communications with the company were straight forward and helpful.But mostly it was the friendly service that won us over. They were very knowledgeable about the trek, willing to accommodate any changes to our plan; and just really friendly and helpful.Highly recommend!

Wild Island Adventures
The team at Wild Island were nothing short of spectacular. Nothing was a problem from the booking process to gear drop off to transfers. They were more than willing to answer all my questions and were super friendly every time. The gear we hired for The Overland Track was top quality and we even had people commenting how good it was, especially the tents! The package option was great - it took a lot of pressure off in the planning and traveling process and was very good value for money especially including the transfers. Would highly recommend!

Recently used Wild Island Adventures for our Overland Transport and gear hire. They were amazing - from dropping the gear off the day before we started so we could get prepared, transport was modern and comfortable, our drivers James was a legend and all the gear was excellent quality. Nothing was a problem for the team and the package deal we got was such good value. Being able to hire a lot of our gear was honestly the icing on the cake for our trip and took so much stress out of our preparations. Thanks so much for looking after us!

I booked Wild Island for transfer to the overland trail. They were very prompt with all my email questions and helped me with everything I needed to set up my trip. The pickup to the trailhead was perfectly on time and the return pickup was also perfect. They even stored my spare luggage while I was on the trail. Communication was impeccable, they were very kind and their transports were new and comfortable. I would highly recommend!!

We used this company for a transfer from Launceston to the Overland Track and then from Lake St Clair to Hobart. Easy to communicate with. Picked us up and dropped at our accommodation. Very friendly and a comfortable ride. Recommend to anyone who needs a transfer.Met people who hired gear as well which seemed like a really great option too.

Holly and Oscar provided an awesome transfer service for the Overland Track. Great cars, clean and comfortable, knowledgeable in all aspects of Tasmanian hiking, on time and friendly service. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
