Don't use this company they are a absolutely horrible.my mum hired a truck Thursday then return Friday yeah we handed the truck in late yes we didn't fuel it up but you had $1000 deposit so why are you complaining we paid the late fee we paid for the fuel. We apologize but the lady on the phone was rude unhelpful doesn't care bout there customers also they tried to blame us for damages that we didn't do (we had picture of damage before we took the truck so. ( Everyone I have warned you) you pay for what you get for I guess should have just went to budget

Hiring the furniture truck couldnt have been easier!The guys at Turnbulls on Racecourse Rd, Pakenham were friendly, the truck was clean and ready to go and it was a seamless process (not to mention $50 + cheaper then budget and included complimentary trolley hire). IOt was very flexible and easy to return outside of business hours without problems. Moving house is stressful but the guys at Pakenham made this a breeze!Will absolutely recommend hire through Turnbulls. Great service!

Rented a KTM 350 for the weekend and had a blast . Bike performed perfectly through some serious terrain. Rear fender was taken off in a scary moment, but they were very reasonable in their assessment and charged me on the low side. Was worried they might take advantage but clearly they’re straight shooters. Will definitely hire again from them!

Excellent service, quality clean vehicle and competitively priced. I was picked up from the airpot by their shuttle bus which saved me having to work my way through the crowds at the waiting desks with other car rental providers.When I returned the vehicle the staff inspected the car with me all was in good order and I was taken back to the airport by the friendly staff at Turnbulls Hire.Highly recommended.

Was very impressed by the professionalism from the staff at Turnbulls. Grace was amazing to deal with, managing to book a bus in for me last minute and her communication was impeccable. The bus looked as good as new and we had no issues on the day. It's also really helpful the way they cover everything in videos/photos before and after your hire. After hours drop off is so helpful as well. Will definitely be using Turnbulls Pakenham for future hires! Thanks so much!

Great service in the booking stages, pick-up and drop off of a 6.6 Mtr furniture truck. The vehicle was in good condition and drove well. plenty of power and comfort for the job I hired it for.also, Great value compared to other hire companies from what I found.

An absolutely first rate experience from first to last moments... an easy and very satisfying experience and the service from all involved was friendly, courteous and quickly given by people who obviously love their work.Great vehicle, extremely comfortable for 6 adults for entire 500 kms drive.My only regret: I wish I could have swapped the two front seats for the very luxurious all-leather ones in my own car. I am sure it would have been obvious though.Well done to all; and I will surely use your services again if the need arises.

We were very happy with all aspects of our hire. It had been some time since our previous hire, due to covid.From our first call to enquire about availability, to returning the bus everyone was helpful and friendly. The bus was very clean and plenty of room for us all.
