First time coming here, girls were amazing and very friendly

5 stars, 10/10, 100% however you want to say it I cant recommend elegance hair & beauty enough all the girls there are amazing at everything to do with hair & are the most lovely & welcoming people ever I always enjoy my appointments the girls make it so comfortable, the customer service is impeccable & their skills are wonderful :)

I liked that they gave me a voucher for my first visit, however, I am really disappointed coz I asked for a slash or layered hairtstyle, showed her a photo of a sample but she said she can't do the same style for me coz my hair is thick.. I always get the same hairstyle for the past couple of years and this is the first experience I've had that the style I wanted was not done right. I guess I was too polite to say I did not like it coz I felt she is rushing with something. I was early and the duration of the service was so quick and probably why it wasnt done right. It is so unlikely for me to write a bad review but thought I have to due to a great disappointment.

I guess all the great reviews hightened my expectations, but after a $40 dry cut, having arrived a bit hot and clammy after walking up from Maitland St from work and not even being offered a glass of water, I was underwhelmed. I had to do a tidy up at home as, after pointing out an uneven section in the salon, it wasn't fixed. Price does not reflect the service.

Maddy and the girls at Elegance work wonders on hair! The quality of service is second to none, greeted with welcoming smiles and always leaving with fresh, healthy and perfectly styled hair. Their knowledge and recommendations on hair, products and helpful attitude gives you the confidence to give the salon look a go on your own and helps maintain your hair between visits.

As soon as you enter the salon you are greeted with big smiles . I only trust the elegance girls with my hair , they always exceed my expectations. As a qualified hairdresser myself I can see how talented and dedicated the team is . They attend the latest courses and always have the best skills in the area.
