Was very happy with the service of memhet. He was very friendly and made the process easy. He was Very professional. If only all retail workers were-like him

Unwelcoming, messy snd not very helpful. Guy was sitting on his computer and when approached for help said” I’m busy, someone else will have to help you!” As if he was annoyed that a customer was bothering him because he was busy. It was not obvious that he was occupied.The female that did eventually serve me was brash and and she also made me feel I was bothering her. Another customer came in and the fella again said he was busy and ignored him also.I don’t think Mr Repco would be to happy with his Stsff. At this store.

Ethan helped me with my faulty battery. Roxburgh Park store was hopeless, glad I went to Fawkner. Great customer service from Ethan.

Rude Lazy inattentive staff. Both were too busy chatting on personal calls on loud speaker with disgusting language being used

Don’t bother with the Fawkner store. Bunch of stuck up arrogant ‘lebs’.Called up on Sunday (29/1/23), was on hold for 10 minutes, when I finally got through, the person who picked up the phone said “Hello”, shortly after he passed the phone onto another colleague and said ‘Here bro, you talk to him’ (as if he couldn’t be bothered dealing with my inquiry.)I inquired about a starter motor; they had no idea what they were talking about and was very rude.When I asked the person where the product was made and how much warranty it had, the response I got was ‘Uhhh, I dunno, probably Korea or something. It has 2 year Warranty’. They do not care for the customers and think they’re better than everyone else. After speaking with the Epping and Thomastown store, they advised me the product actually has 3 Years warranty and was made elsewhere.The staff at Fawkner might need a customer service refresher or a new career. Would definitely not recommend this store, better to cut your losses and go somewhere else.

Prices higher than Supercheap auto for the same products and their membership card offers no discounts.

I was waiting on Thursday 17 Nov 22 but the shop was closed for one hr more .When I called them they said you should be patient. I think the( Fawkner repco ) stuff are provides patience to the public .Shame for your bad service
