The lady taking my order was outright rude. I come here regularly but not anymore. I don’t appreciate having something shoved at me and ‘drink’ barked at me. Don’t take your mood out on your customers. Basic customer service.

Easily my fave Zaffa's out of the half dozen I frequent! The service is 1st rate - always happy and willing and wanting to help with a positive and, I love being here and how can I bring a smile to your day too?" attitude. My go-to is an premium bean iced latte w/extra shot and an open club - both of which are consistently divine!Love the location too from a convenience perspective. Ampol fuel right next door

I only ever use the drive thru hence the lower score on atmosphere. Can't fault the drive thru coffee tho!
