Excellent service way cheaper than anywhere else and lots of stock on hand

I brought in a printer that had recently stopped working. It had printed correctly and seemed to run out of ink (black and coloured ink was replaced at this store, but it failed to print in black).The man kindly tried to get it working, getting the printer to clean itself and he tried replacement cartridges.I mentioned that it had not been used for a 12 month period and was informed that it would be blocked. I suggested that it may not be worth fixing if it was blocked and while he agreed with me, he went on about how it would not be worth the time, in a manner that suggested he was becoming annoyed.I clarified that it had worked after being inactive for 12 months until it appeared to run out of ink and asked if maybe it had not ran out, but had been blocked by dried ink.The man seemed to switch to an alter ego, becoming red in the face and raising his voice, clearly angry now. He ranted about trying three cartridges and how I could buy another one elsewhere but it still wouldn't work.Intimidated, I tried to assure him I understood that the cartridges were not at fault and that I did not mean any offence, but was merely trying to ascertain what might be wrong with the printer.I left feeling very hurt at being yelled at. I did not mean to take up so much time. He chose to keep trying one more thing and then another. He could have advised me much sooner that it would not be fixable, and avoided exploding in a fit of rage at a customer.
