Very average. I was excited to try the mixed grill ($63), but I left extremely underwhelmed. Not worth the money, and everything was absolutely dripping in sugary sauce. After speaking to locals the following day, this seems to be common knowledge. Go elsewhere

The food was very yummy, the Eye fillets melted in our mouths, the rumps n ribs combo was good, great flavours. Staff were very polite and friendly, a mistake was made during ordering and staff very apologetic. All in all, I would like to return to try more dishes.

We booked for 6pm and were seated .... had to ask for a drinks menu and for water.We ordered a cheese garlic loaf to startWas lovelyOrdered 3 cocktails .... very weak, and not well crafted at $19- a cocktailPremium pork ribs delicious meat but glaze fairly tasteless and not much of it. Small serve of coleslaw and the creamy mashed potato tasted like Deb, sorry to say.Eye fillet was not super tender and again small serve of slaw and Deb tasting potatoWagyu schnitzel great and large, veges okand Deb againDesserts were good, Brûlée deliciousStick date puddings nice, but icecream tasted like Coles icecream.For the price and the hype about great beef and ribs, I would say this restaurant needs to lift its game in these areas mentioned

Staff were lovely.The drinks were amazing (the best part).But the food was a bit of a letdown.Pork ribs were so fatty more fat than meat and hardly any sauce on the ribs.The second meal was ok, but again, hardly any sauce on the beef ribs, the coleslaw on the side was awful. And potato mash was dry.

Colour scheme and surroundings of this bar n grill are fitting. The staff at first seemed to be flat and not enthusiastic until they showed they cared for the young ones by providing a surprise birthday cupcake and song.The food was alright and it is clear that their specialty is the freshest meat in the area. The basting sauce is their signature part and it was quite delicious.This review was written on a Sunday night and perhaps the place is more impactful on a Friday and/or Saturday night. Overall, a nice place to grab a good quality steak/ribs.

You would think a place called RIBS n Rumps. Would have the best...but NO.. the WORST pork Ribs I had even eaten. When I gave some feed back she just looked at me and said here is your bill. No apologies or explanation. We will never be back. Wish I had read a few of the reviews first. Don't waste your money.It was awful.

Don’t do it.Whilst the ribs were soft they were flavourless and had no basting sauce, but who was I to question this as the waitress assured me “that’s the way they do it here”. Steak was as asked, Med Rare, but the gravy was a watery brown tasteless sauce. Didn’t really notice how tasteless and bland the coleslaw was as there was only a small dessert spoon on the plate. Mash potato was cold, flavourless and lumpy but I guess thats the way you do it! At $43 spend your hard earned money elsewhere - I will be!

We went out to dinner with friends on Friday night and this was the $45 meal my daughter ordered. I have no words really and I think the photo says it all. I received a free $11 dessert for the inedible rib (only one on my plate and it was too dry to eat) and gristle I had on my steak - $63 meal. Our waitress was lovely and very apologetic, as was the Chef apparently. It’s really just not good enough. I understand pricing versus quality and quantity etc but you need customers to keep coming back! People are not going to continue to pay for nothing. I really hope they can make some immediate changes for the better.

My husband and I really enjoyed our meal and drinks. We only ordered a main and didn't have to wait very long at all. Our food was cooked to our liking and it was nice and hot.The staff were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I went to have dinner with my friend last night.I had a good time just about a year ago so I was excited to have dinner here again.....when the food came out, I firstly noticed they used chipped crockery for condiment.It's dangerous not only for customers but for staff too.I didn't expect them to use that kind of crockery at the expensive restaurant.The steak I had was cold and even the garlic prawns on top of the steak were cold too.I had some of the pork ribs and chicken my friend ordered and they were cold too and didn't have much flavour....I would expect more chips and salad on my big plate when it is so expensive.When I looked at my plate when it arrived on my table, it looked so empty.....I guess smaller plates should have been used so at least it would have looked decent portion.You guys could have been better.... Different management maybe?It was one of my favourite restaurants here....
