THEY JUST DON'T CARE TO GET BACK TO PEOPLE. I just got a lawyer to my case and guess what? I DO HAVE TIME FOR MKE THE CLAIM!!! WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT. RECEPTIONIST... PLEASE TAKE JUST ONE MINUTE OF YOUR PRECIOUS TIME TO CALL PEOPLE!!! ONLINE EXCUSES!!! TOO LATE!!!! DO THIS PRIVATELY!!!!Shocking how disgraceful John and his team are. They don't even bother tell you the reason why they cant help after many attempts to find out the why they could not help. I called the reception to ask why and she supposed to get back to me as no explanation was given to me. I had to drive for about 1 hour and half to speak with John and they even didn't bother to tell me which documents and information they needed for first meeting. YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLE'S life here not animals!!!! I had to call several times to try to get someone to call me back but nobody did!!!!! Good luck to you if you need help and thinking in using them. By the way, I checked with another lawyer and I still have time to claim. They say they didn't have but I checked with 2 another lawyers and they say that yes still time to claim. So, thank you for taking the time to do nothing about what you claim in your website. Its too late and very unprofessional try to justify your short and vague communication skills. Next time do better for someone in pain and suffering.
