100% recommend . They have spent the time and effort to give me exactly what I need. I went through several physio's and therapists with little benefit before being recommended to Justin Kiely and have had the most benefit with the least sessions then any other. Professional, friendly and value for money.

I attend MYOhealth for remedial massage and yoga. The treatment and classes compliment each other and have assisted me in overcoming numerous injuries while playing Australian Representative Baseball. Justin and Kellie are ever the professionals and the services they provide are the best I’ve ever experienced. I’d highly recommend MYOhealth to anyone who cares about their body!

Justin, the director, is truly the best in his field. Extremely knowledgeable, he always accurately finds the cause for any pain in my body. Absolute magic, relief in one session. After years of trying Physiotherapy & chiros. I don’t go anywhere else.

MYOHealth is not just about Yoga or Massage, all kinds of therapies are offered, this makes it a wellness centre in its entiretyThe Yoga though! It doesn’t matter whether it’s your first class or if you have been practising for years you will find a class that suits your needs and brace yourselves – it’s really friendly! Not just the teachers, the students too, I am so delighted to have found this amazing, well-equipped school with incredible teachers who just want to share their knowledge and give good yoga!
