Zero Degrees Air Conditioning and Refrigeration pl

I was having trouble getting someone to come asap & tell me why my a/c stopped working. The first person was going to be 4 days wait. I looked on the web 4 a Panasonic specialist & found Zero degrees number & left message. Neil rang me 30 minutes later & was on his way to my place soon as he finished his lunch.He solved my problem temporally so we could use a/c until part arrived. He kept me informed with due date of part & as soon as it arrived he was straight around to solve my problem. I would gladly speak & recommend Zero degrees for any refrigeration issues . He knows what he is doing & is very dedicated to his customers. He is the real deal when it come to service.Darryl Williams

Neil was great! Very professional and friendly. Communicated what was happening throughout the install. Also has two new admirers in my dogs - Neil made sure they were ok during install noises and such.I highly recommend Neil from Zero Degrees!

Called Zero early in the week with a request for A/C service, the system was not cooling or heating very well. They immediately sent me a service request link and on Friday Neil called and stopped by to have a look at the system. He showed me a leaky fitting which he fixed and then recharged the system. Great service with an upbeat attitude!

Rang with an issue with my A/C, received diagnosis and quote a couple of days later. Install done within 10 working days of acceptance of quote.
