Had my 79 series serviced at grafton what a mistake brought car from Lismore Toyota great service. Get a reading on how many millimetres left on pads from Lismore but not from Grafton, go away on holidays some 5000 ks after servicing steel on steel new roater recrierd. Ring Grafton service for record of break shoes girl says ring you back in 1/2 hour ha ring back ring you back in 1/2 hour. No ring back. Othanks for wrecking holidays and costing me hundreds of dollars

Michael Anstee and his team provided outstanding service when we had to pull into his dealership on a Saturday morning, while travelling to Sydney. The head service came back (with his son) from his weekend to assist us and get us back on the road. Michael lend us his Landcruiser (V8) to go into town and have a coffee. We were very impressed.

Service on my hubby’s landcruiser was ok, expensive ($750). Customer service was pretty average, no one explained what was done/found like they normally do. But no complimentary wash too, for $750!Much happier at other Toyota dealerships, lift your game guys

Took my Hyundai there to get cruise control fix I was told that the clock spring wasn't working so I got them to fit a new one $210.00 it cost and didn't fix the problem as nothing change so when I went back and saw them they told me ist the switch on the steering wheel and it would cost me around $65.00. I having been back as I got a switch myself and fitted it. So be careful of there service department not to bright.

Unfortunately I had no choice but to leave one star, didn’t even earn that !Unable to book in to local dealer prior to next trip so decided to go to Grafton for the day. Booked car in for service over the phone, given day and appointment time of 10.30 am, service was max of 2 hours so should be finished by lunch, great. I could get a lift to town or wait.Arrived at 10.15, told will be ready by 2.30pm. Questioned that and told, that’s the latest, depends what time they start. Thought that a bit weird seeing I had a booking for 10.30 but unfortunately didn’t push the matter.Spent the day aimlessly walking around Grafton, it is a very pretty town.Returned to dealership at 1.10 pm, thinking I would wait in the waiting area until the car was ready.I noticed my car was in the same spot as I left it. I went to the counter and said my car is exactly where I left it 3 hours ago, it’s either finished or not started.After tracking down the repair order I was told they are still working on it, they were going to have lunch then finish it. As I was Already running late to pick up grandkids from school I asked for my keys back so I could go.I am guessing it was the foreman then came in and said I was told it wouldn’t be ready until 2.30 not their fault. He said they organised work schedule on completion times not booking in time, in other words the “just in time theory”.Lesson learned by me, never again. We are also in the market to replace our current landcruiser, I won’t even bother getting a price from these guys after this treatment.A totally wasted day and wasted fuel for the return trip for nothing !
