Love this team! They have done such a great job to ensure their clients are looked after, super friendly, professional, supportive and love the fact they have great communication skills! Callan has helped me so much with selling my house from start to finish. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

I wish there was zero star or minus to put through .An horrible experience with Callan.he was calling us to buying one of his property . All of sudden we started taking with him about the offers and time and again was calling him , most of the time he won’t respond . Although property was in market for more than 4 weeks … n he send us the contract of sale by increasing another 10000 dollars as he understood our need and finally we signed the contract and next day he came to us saying , the seller is not willing to sell the property , so he basically plays around your valuations time and emotions and you get nothing in return . He is not having any professionalism . Rest assured to get disappointment if you go to him .Thanks

Highly recommended.My husband and I recently sold our property in Two Wells a couple of months ago. This was not our first property sale. When we first met Callan, we instantly felt comfortable with him. He listened to our requests and worked with us on how we wanted the sale to proceed. He was always upfront and honest with us with his recommendations and were more than happy with the price he secured for us. We have already started referring friends to him who are looking at selling. We would definitely go back through Callan and his team again.

The Callen and his team at Ray White Angle Vale are amazing. Their communication is great and made everything so much easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent a home.

Really poor experience as a buyer. Callum's communication (or lack thereof) was incredibly frustrating. Didn't answer calls, messages for days. Made it clear I wanted to put in an offer. If I were his vendor I'd be very disappointed.

My experience with Callan has been underwhelming.He failed on two occasions to supply documentation requested, despite assurances both times he would do it once he arrived back in the office.I'm not sure how he comes across to Vendors, but if a Vendor knew that he failed to supply documentation to a prospective purchaser, and as a result that prospective purchaser had not placed an offer... I would imagine the Vendor would be ropable.I will never deal with Callan again.

The lack of communication is beyond a joke at this point, months of miss directed calls and messages. Very frustrating.(Added onto this review below)You've once again ignored my concerns regarding the lack of communication with what you've replied.During my time at Ray White Angle Vale the previous Property Manager stopped working there after a few weeks of me starting and no notice was given to either Landlords or Tenants regarding this, this caused alot of confusion and anger towards me from both parties when I would follow up ignored concerns.I was completely ok with out of hours phone calls, messages and emails (even though I wasn't being paid for it) from Landlords, Tenants and Contractors, but now that I no longer work at said Ray White I don't feel it's appropriate for me, MONTHS later to still have people ringing me and harassing me.Working here caused me nothing but disappointment and regret.I wish you the very best in your future endeavours Callan but please don't make this mistake again.

If I could put no stars up or minus then I would have. Had a rental property that Callan managed for not even a year as we terminated the contract due to his laziness, lack of communication and putting in a recommended tennent" that didn't pay rent on time
