Great to see another outdoor store on the coast. There were lots of staff and it looked bigger than other Macpac stores I've previously visited. Staff were helpful and approachable.Have been to this store a couple of times now

Customer’s beware, don’t use click and collect and get there early to pick up. Older lady (possibly owner) was extremely annoyed and lectured me about waiting for a collection email. Made it a very big deal. Most uncomfortable. Do want repeat business or not?

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you so much to staff member Ben. What a friendly and knowledgeable dude. My partner and I came in to browse on the weekend and he was the perfect level of approachable and chatty (with great banter), but also respectful of our space to browse without being crowded. Cheers to Ben and the whole team, all of which were awesome. Will absolutely be returning!!

Big open store, heaps of space for the amount of stock here. Not a great deal of size selection. More clearance clothing than current collection.Air conditioning odd as sweltering hot at back of store in winter.

The only place I could find a “sit in” kayak on a Sunday on the central coast. Staff member was helpful and we got everything we needed in store at a great price. We took the kayak out that afternoon and it handled extremely well.
